I found out about Falcon Flooring on NextDoor. We had a huge flood in our basement and our carpet was ruined. My main concern was price. I cannot believe how much LVP prices have gone up in the last year - and if you add install, you're looking at minimum $8 sf if you go to HD or Lowes - more than that at Flooring places. Sure you can save money installing yourself - but it's a lot of work AND quite frankly the prices are still high just for HD/Lowes brands like Lifeproof (and the quality is up and down). Falcon mainly do large jobs (hotels, schools, new construction neighborhoods) so they have lower prices. To get the lower prices, you are "limited" to about 50 different selections of LVP (what they have in stock at the time) - which is more than enough selection for me. This is high quality LVP - Mohawk and Pergo. Kelly is the person who deals with the person off the street like me. She was amazing. Besides being very smart and having a great sense of humor - she knows everything about LVP. She's very careful to listen to what you want and she'll help you pick out what she thinks will work for you. You can also get (free) samples of course - these are big samples - not those tiny squares you pay for from HD. Everything I was looking at was $2.49 sf (because I was doing two large rooms and needed a pallet) and she worked up an estimate right there. She included some floor prep just in case because we were installing over concrete in the basement (often uneven). I was really a bit worried because it's an older house and there was a LOT of old adhesive from the carpet and nails from the tack strips that were pulling up chunks of concrete when we tried to pull up the nails. The Falcon guys came on a Monday morning and worked nonstop for a good 6 hours. They prepped the floor, they installed the LVP, they put down quarter round, and cleaned up like their moms were all there watching them. The total cost was about $4.25 sf installed. The install is beautiful and the guys waited for me to finish a work call, so I could walk through and make sure things looked good. I then got a follow-up call from Kelly. I think this whole experience could be used as a training video for businesses that have to go into customers' homes. Of course now I want to do some other areas of the house. Don't hesitate to use them - they're wonderful.

I had the most pleasant experience at Falcon Flooring. I had them do my job while I was over 1000 miles away, and I feel so grateful to have worked with people that I could trust to handle the job. Every time I spoke with any one of them, it was always a positive experience. My floors now look beautiful for my investment property. Thank you, Falcon Flooring!
