Had an issue with a rat coming in and out of my unit for the last 6 months I was in unit. I had to call multiple times to the office because half of the time pest control didn’t show. Attempted to move to another unit but was told my lease would restart if I moved.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, I’ve paid $100 to be taking off my friends lease and it’s almost been a month and that’s with multiple trips up there and they still won’t take me off the lease or refund the money. The reasons are is, they don’t know how to or they’re gone for a week at a time.

Here at The Grove at Stonebrook we take tenant complaints about pests very seriously. We take immediate actions to address the issue. We provide pest control services at no charge to our residents. Additionally, we treat 2 to 3 buildings every Tuesday just to take preventative measures. If any of our valued residents need pest control they are more than welcomed to report it to our office staff and we will put their entire building on the list. Thank you Emeli, your absolutely right it all depends on the housekeeping. At times you have residents who maintain their place well and others who have poor house keeping. By getting the exterminators to treat the entire building we are able to find where the source is coming from.
