I almost rented here and when I entered the apartment it had a bad smell the bathroom smelled like urine the kitchen was still dirty the dish washer was nasty inside and as soon as I open the closet where the washer and dryer was roaches was every where and they charge for pest control it seem to me they are not doing a good job to me the staff was great when you come into the office but they never answer the phone but i give it one star the renovation are a joke the apartments still look old for the price they are charging for rent I wouldn't stay there sorry nut not sorry I was very disappointed

DONT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS . TERRIBLE ROACH INFESTATION , THE GATE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE LOCKED REMAINS OPEN ALL NIGHT , THE STAFF SPECIFICALLY ISIS DOESNT KNOW WHAT SHES DOING OR SAYS SHES GONNA FIX SOMETHING AND THEN FORGETS AND ACTS LIKE SHE DOESNT KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT. ITS BAD LIGHTING AROUND HERE AT DARK . MAINTENANCE DOESNT DO A GOOD JOB AT FIXING THINGS AS WELL FOR EXAMPLE THE PAINT AROUND MY FIREPLACE KEEPS CHIPPING THEY CAME TO FIX IT 3 TIMES WITH SPRAY PAINT AND NOT REAL PAINT SO IT CONTINUES TO CHIP , THE PROPERTY IS USUALLY DIRTY . THEY DID A BRAND NEW PAINT JOB ON ALL THE BUILDINGS BUT SHOULDVE USED THAT MONEY FOR SOME STAFF TRAINING . I LIVED HERE FOR 3 YEARS AND SEEN MANAGEMENT CHANGE SEVERAL TIMES THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST IVE SEEN MY APARTMENT COMPLEX! PLEASE SEND HELP. UPDATE 10/25/22 3:30pm I came into the office to ask someone to send the ledger to project reset so that they can pay my balance I owe . Well , when I came into the office I said Hello to Isis who didn’t recognize me . I said I came in to request that a ledger be sent over to project rest . She was happy to help until I told her my unit number . She said oh , you’ll have to wait for the property manager . I was confused as to why . Apparently she has taken this review personal and refused to help me . Project reset sent this email to the leasing office days ago requesting a ledger . I’m confused as to why this went unnoticed . I’m even more confused as to why employees are taking their feelings out on residence . I am disappointed and feel like because I voiced my opinion I am being retaliated against . This is not right . I look forward to speaking to the property manager tomorrow ! UPDATE 10/26/22 @10 am I am happy to update you that I spoke with the property manager Ester . Ester is very understanding , logical, and a pleasure to speak with . She assured me that my document was sent. She made me feel very comfortable speaking with her , almost like a sister . Reguardless of how her co worker made me feel or how I made her feel she wasn’t bias and still helped me . People like her are rare and it’s a blessing to have her as a property manager. Melissa as well is pleasant to speak with . Like Ester she is also understanding and a pleasure to speak with . They get things done in the office and it’s a pleasure to have them . I would recommend them to any of my family or friends looking for a place .

I love the professionalism and quick response from Iris when I call with any issues. She is on point and responds immediately to your requests. The phone is never left unattended overall she is very sweet and helpful 😌. I'm grateful and proud to live in this community.

I found the apt complex online and was unable to view in person because I was residing in another state and time didn’t permit traveling. I applied and set everything up on line and the process was quick and simple. I moved into the area a day earlier than expected and contact leasing agent Melissa and she had no problem with me moving in a day early which was a blessing. Leasing agent Iris was super helpful and sweet and she even took the time to stay a little pass her shift to walk me to my new apt home escort me around the property and even offered to have maintenance correct a few things. The unit is an older unit which is beautifully renovated and the plus is that coming from many newer construction apt buildings I’ve come to realize the walls are made paper thin and you can literally hear and even smell your neighbors. I’ve been in my apt two days and it’s so peaceful and I’ve only heard my neighbors twice and that’s when I’m standing near my front door and they are on their porch. The apt is really nice with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, new carpet, the walls cabinetry etc are older but it’s a good fit for me so far, the leasing agent Iris was extremely nice and I look forward to a good experience here.
