I have been living in this neighbourhood almost for 2 years. Just want to say thank you to the management group specially to the Michelle. They are so kind, super attentive, and troubleshooters.

This is the WORSE place you can sign yourself up for ! Mold is horrible ! We live in the “NEW RENOVATED” unit as they sold us a dream ! It’s a nightmare! The pictures are catfish . Please DONT stay here unless you are okay with HEAVY roach infestation in all units. It’s bad . The whole neighborhood complains bout the roaches everyone has them . We sprayed and sprayed and nothing gets rid of them . Pest control comes every week but no solution ! Maintenance is horrible ! The roaches live in the oven , dishwasher and even make there way in the fridge ! We are super ocd clean ! We do not deserve this . Do not sign up for this place ! Very much scam !

After being here almost 3 years, every management group that has come in, gets nothing done, especially this current group. They're happy to take our money every month but when you need something done, forget about it🤬 my rent has been raised 17% since 2020 yet they've done absolutley nothing to improve my apartment or the complex. What are they doing with our money🤔I've sent in so many unanswered maintenence requests & don't have an emergency, they don't respond! They flat out ignore maintenance requests, I've been told "we're backed up" "we're getting someone out".... after 9 months, yeah okay, sure...... They "clean" the interior common areas periodically but do a half way job. Good luck on using the dumpster area, been in complete disarray for weeks. They charge the same utilities for everyone even though they should take into account a 2 person unit vs a 7 person unit. I could keep going but I don't have the energy.

Since management has changed the water bill is no longer included in the rent. They send me a bill for exactly $141 dollars every month. This is separate from the rent. I called Argen, the billing company was told that the bill is based on the water usage of the entire complex which still makes no sense. There are also several leaks in the water and sewage systems. Plenty of maintenance issues and nothing ever gets fixed. They pretty much just show up do nothing and leave. The leasing office is useless and there is no point in even talking to them about anything. Their answer to every problem is “well that’s normal”. Thankfully I have a higher paying job now and can afford to leave when my lease is up. If you have other options in picking apartments go with those. DO NOT GET STUCK HERE!
