My AC went out for 11 days last year in the middle of summer and I had to couch surf with residents in the building for two weeks. Joi was incredibly unprofessional about the whole ordeal constantly giving me blatant misinformation and not returning communications or following through on any deadlines. I had been promised my AC would be fixed by the time I got home at least 3 separate times in the 11 days. One day, I came home to find not only was my AC not fixed but it was in pieces in on the floor in the entry way and my door was left unlocked. That is NOT okay. I've contacted management and regional management about this but no attempt to rectify this issue has been made. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I would definitely recommend this apartment building. It’s really convenient to the Shaw metro, bikeshare stations, and Giant grocery store, and there are a lot of good restaurants and bars nearby. It’s also right along the 70 and 79 bus routes and walkable to a lot of other DC neighborhoods. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. The gym and pool are great. There’s always a concierge around which is nice, especially for packages. The building hosts 2-3 events a month for its tenants too. The one thing is sometimes I hear my neighbors through the wall and the hallway noise is pretty loud through the door, but overall have really enjoyed living here!

Hello the bldging in great only problem maintenence is a lil slow at fitting things other then that they are good, Miss Paula and Miss Wilson is wonderful !!!!!!! Justin the front desk reception is the best good communication personality wonderful ❤ I really Miss Dontay and Tiffany they where great too 😍 I would like new carpet I been there 6yrs I know its time for new carpet, keep cleaning the same carpet just making carpet thin need to come clean vents more often,,,,. Other then that everyone is great. Rental Office and Maintenence is WONDERFUL AND FRIENDLY 🥰 I WISH THE ROOF TOP TERRACE CAN STAY OPEN TILL 12 MAINLY IN THE SUMMER ASK TENANTS I THINK THATS ONLY RIGHT.....THE BLDG IS GREAT
