Truly a nuisance property that allows tenants or guests to blast music from the parking lot at all hours of the night disturbing the rest of the neighborhood. Landlord seems to do nothing, have complained. I am a block away, with my own windows closed, and cannot fathom how loud it must be for tenants there. Nothing changes. Once again, it's a random non-holiday Tuesday past 10PM, and there are people blasting music and screaming at this property. Since my initial review, walking by this property during daytime, I've also been randomly shot at with fireworks and nearly hit by a kid hitting rocks with a baseball bat towards parked cars and pedestrians.

Please avoid this place at all cost unless you want to suffer. This place is operated by Habitat Community which sucks. They only care about is rent. Maintenance men complains about having to fix what requires to be fix like leaks and broken a/c units. It now became infested with rodents which are rats , mice , roaches , and etc. You would have to consistently have your home exterminated every week and the rodents still come back due to holes not being patched correctly. Currently seeking a better environment to reside in. You been warned

I found a roach floating in my “cup runneth over mug”. Also mold top of my refrigerator. Management was pleasant whe. I brought it up.

This community use to be a good place to reside now in 2022 it’s horrible, disgusting , unbearable. Management never answer phones nor put maintenance request through and if they do Sam picks and chooses when he wants to fix a problem. I have been having several on going issue in my home for a year now and still nobody have seem to care to fix it. Mold is constantly growing in my bathroom. I’m pregnant and can’t be in a home with mold. I wipe it away months ago and it grows back. Angela the Manager doesn’t seems to remember anything even though I have text request from me to her and it’s like she just come to work to do nothing. Security never answers phone when needed. Trash floating all around the complex everyday which causes rodents and that issues has never been addressed. This place deserve 0 stars.
