I am thinking about moving in into Envoy apartments. But the main thing that concerns me is mice/rat issue I read about in so many reviews. did the management ever considered changing their pet policy. Allowing cats would solve the issue quickly.

I haven't seen one in the year I lived there, mice or rat. They allow cats I think.
