If I could give no stars. This place in the beginning was great. Now stabbing, shootings, neighbors stalking, loud noise, music. New Management every 3 weeks. No one cares about the residents safety. This place is soo bad that Security quit! They may as well call it The Jamison at Ghetto Dakota Crossing. Too bad it’s a beautiful community but the people there have destroyed the beauty of living here.

I have been here since the building opened up and it was good until the whole building became occupied and then became a complete joke. I would love for people to actually do the job that they’re being paid to do!! It’s sad that you pay rent each and every month but management doesn’t address major problems that a tenant is having.

Triple C’s

When Folger Pratt ran this building it was great. Things have been going downhill since. Residents do not respect the trash room or the shoots that sends trash to the big bin outside, they leave it on the floor. I’ve mentioned numerous times that doors leading into the apartment from garage do not work. They will not fix them. Key fobs are becoming useless as staff cannot update them giving some us a hassle getting in our own homes. Its becoming a headache and I was one of the first people to move in the building 3 years ago.

The new management are not professional and they are lairs
