Katrina was amazing! Made the process so amazing and answered all my questions. Makes me excited to live here knowing I have a leasing agent thats so professional.

My friend and I went on a tour here. The leasing agent, Skye, was very nice and informative. She worked hard to ensure we were able to look at the apartment my friend was interested in. Unfortunately, it was not available but she made it possible for us to get a feel for the apartment building and able to look at another that was available.

I'm a prospective renter, and have had the most difficult time trying to communicate with anyone for information. It took 2 weeks to approve my application, and since then I've heard nothing despite emailing several times. I don't know if the apartment is in fact being reserved for my move-in date or what my security deposit is. Why is it so difficult to get in touch with this rental office? Edit: The rental office has reached out and I was able to confirm my apartment and my security deposit. I also spoke with Johnny, who was very helpful in getting me set up with a larger unit. I have had to deal with so many scams in my apartment search, so when I had difficulty getting in touch, I was worried. I appreciate Woodner correcting the issue. I look forward to moving in soon.

My friend enjoys living there but the leasing staff are very rude apart from one guy. I'd say read the reviews.
Rent for a one bedroom starts at $1,499 per month
Yes, but you have to know the Woodner have rats infested and people pulling the back door to gain access. And drugs deals in the back. Be careful
there is no refund. I applied because they were on the list of no credit check. they said I needed a co signer. I had one still denied because of my credit. so they di check your credit. dont re-apply, you will have to pay another 150
