We had contacted Hammond Lumber (Mark Donaldson) regarding ShoreMaster Docks from out of state (Michigan) for a camp that we have in Maine. He was willing to meet us on-site when we were scheduled to arrive in Maine. He was responsive and when we meet with him he was informative and and recommended a solution for our needs. Shortly after (that same week) after meeting we received our dock and had it installed all within a matter of 1 week. Mark was professional and personable and an excellent representative for Hammond Lumber. Hammond has or can get most of the things a builder needs, their prices are usually comparable to big orange and blue... often better - they have same day delivery, and actual sales staff that know what their selling. The only downside is their hours... I can rarely get there except on a Saturday because they open at 7 and close at 5 which is my work day. 6-6 and I'd give 5 stars.
