Just moved out of Newport West after over a year. The location is fantastic-- in the heart of Logan Circle, a short walk from tons of restaurants, bars, and shops. The building management is very responsive and communicative. In particular, we loved our maintenance guy, Gary, who handled maintenance requests expeditiously and is an all around great person.

I have lived in this building for a year, the experience is fantastic. The maintenance and management is great, five stars for Shelby and Gary, who are warm, friendly and responsible. It is very convenient to live here, one minute walk to Wholefoods, 1.5 minutes to CVS, 15 minutes to Tradejoes. Residents in this building are very nice, they always help each other. I will definitely miss the time living here.

Gary with the maintenance team is hands down Newport West’s best asset. He could not have been responsive to any and every issue we have had and he is always so pleasant around the building. Don’t know what we would have done without him!
