This is my second visit here. Both time they have been super accommodating and very professional. Both of the technician where very skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. My go to place for all bloodwork and medical testing.

I was very Dissatisfy with the service at your location 101 S. Bergen place in Freeport, you staff member Altagracia Abreu has a very rude attitude, she seems bothered when asked a question. I was there with my mother 3 times and all 3 times she was very rude. We had no appointment and just did walk-ins but couldn’t get service. She is very arrogant with a defiant attitude, just because we don’t have an appointment is NO reason to talk to a patient in a unprofessional manner. She said You need an appointment, today we’re not taking walk-ins and I’m not helping her. At that time I asked for your employee name and said do whatever you want and offered to write it in a post it. She has no patient and do the bare minimum to help. This is the first time I have written a negative review and it makes me feel very uncomfortable to take time to complain about someone but I had to express my experience.

I had an appointment for 2:30pm that I set up. They close at 3. I had to pay for parking and then go inside. I was there at 2:30, (would have been earlier if I didn’t have to pay parking)The door was closed and in they would not answer. I heard people inside talking and watching tv. I’ve heard mostly bad things about this location. Don’t recommend at all.
