It was the worst two years of my life i lived in apartment 324 the girl and her son over top of me she dont control him he’s up running all day and nite ride power wheels over my head i work construction which hrs are various never got any sleep lost promotions because of lack of rest and calling out because of her and this kid kids run threw the halls all day security just there because they dont do nothing anybody can get in the building they just raised the rent management is the worst ever the was just shooting in the hallway bullet hole right by my door please be cautious when moving here its a lot of young people that live in the build suspicious looking people and Minnesota ave dont make it no better but me i would never recommend nobody rent here unless you want to be respected oh yea and management tells security all of your business and they sit around and talk about everybody elevators stay broke if you have class this not the move for you.

My experience at Solstice in DC has been nothing but excellent. From the manger to the leasing agent all have been both professional and kind. But I especially would like to thank Ms. Anderson who always communicated to me with politeness and with professionalism. Whenever I had concerns or questions she was always ready to help and if she did not have an answer she would say that but assured me that she would find out and get back to me, and I can honestly say she would always get back to me and in a timely manner. That means a lot. Solstice DC owners should be extremely proud to have a team like them again they are outstanding, professional and most of all they care about the residents and that alone speaks volume.

This is a really great building i have been living here for a year now but i have notice that it’s been alot of commotion at mid night when i’m trying to sleep alot of loud noises and arguing lately but nice units!!!!

I Would First Off Like To Say This Building Have A lot Of Underlying Issues That Does Get Addressed . Please Don’t Move Here! !!
