It does take a little while to get your card and the uploads take time with the Holidays it's gonna take more time I don't know I don't think they stole your money it just takes time
Did u get ur card? I believe it's a scam! My husband has been waiting too. & the state says that they dnt see an application for him at all. They advised us to contact the better business bureau. They dnt answer the phone and the door has been locked the last 3 times we've drove over there
Did u ever get ur card? If so when? They DO say that they get backed up over the holidays. Not sure Why that would be.
