Is it normal for you to double charge for the state on your clients debit cards? And then not answer your phone?

I can’t attest that it’s completely normal for them not answer the phones. Nothing to worry about

It was probably an oversite but they can be difficult to reach by phone. They are usually quick to fix any mistakes. You just may need to go down there. Make sure you have the receipt and all nessicary paperwork as you will need to show proof.
