Again, the SAME Q.? 😳 😳 This Q. has been asked so many times again & again & again & again. Here's the SAME Response : You need to have an i.d. (TX Or out of State) to show who YOU are Or some other type of Document to show who YOU are (IF you're a Veteran, a DD-214 will do). They open as early as 8:00am, quite a few people are already lining up outside as early as 6:00am to 7:00am. When you get to the Main window (Reception), you tell him/her that you want to see a Caseworker to get your birth certificate, he/she puts you on the list, And depending how many other Clients are there to see a Caseworker, you'll probably see him/her Before 12noon.
