The Service Personnel were very professional, courteous and timely as they offered their needed help. They were able to help/manage the consistent level of customers in a timely manner.

If you get there by 7:30 a.m. you can get out of there within 2 hours. And you can get a free cell phone under the blue tent out front.

This place is the best one to go to they get you in and out!!
Yes there is also a government paid cell phone guy that sets up in the parking lot with white tent and gives out free government phones All u need is a valid tx ID

Not sure about rent assistance at this location however there is a place in North Dallas at Skillman and Whitehurst called, The New Room. I know they help for sure.

Call 211 and tell them. They have a form they can submit to be reimbursed for wasted food

You have to come in and let them no and they will get you a new one but its a waiting process
