Can i fill out appcation on line
This isn't uncommon. I was receiving mine on the first of the month for a while when I was getting them and then all of a sudden it showed the system that I wasn't due to receive them till the 9th. I would call the number from your food stamp card and you can inquire about the date it's supposed to be deposited. Like I said they may have changed it
