Lelandra France
This is the sorriest group of women I’ve ever seen in my life. They are so dang lazy. I came here at 4:30 and waited 30 minutes while they laughed and played in the back only to tell me they close at 5pm. This is ridiculous they all need to be fired and hire all new staff.
gary gossett
absolutely no regard to my situation. unhelpful in every way. this place is trash..unless your black. then they are very accommodating... white? not a chance..

You will need proof of pregnancy, which can be obtained from a pregnancy help center
Make a sign and pan handle you will get it quicker
My suggestion is to go directly into the office, everything can be handled the same day and you can have food in your cabinets by this evening.
If you are homeless you just need your ID and social security card
Yes but better to go in person on line takes about 30 days I went in person and got mine the same day it took about 2 hour's get there early as you can they open at 8 am and it gets crowded
No appointment needed. You may have to visit the office if you have an appointment.
Bad customer service
To get an application you don't need an appointment. Once the applications are filled out you will need to be interviewed.
Yeah they do all you have to do is give them a call and set it up
I don't think so. They help with filling out applications and do on spot interviews.
Yes.
Anyone they can print it off and also you on texas benfit.com
I would think dialing 211, or your local social security office would be more appropriate for this information. Definitely start with 211.
