The system is very slow, with their processing, and the way that they process the clerks are very unconcerned with anything you're trying to explain to them, instead of making lil notes concerning your case. The C ustomer Service SUCKS

You can have one mailed to you that does not require you to show a physical ID buy dialing 2-1-1 or by using the YourTexasBenefits.com website they also have an Android app called your Texas benefits To specifically answer the question you asked I can't answer that and I cannot find the answer on their website easily so you may have to call the local office during business hours to find out if nobody else has the answer on here. No, all you need is for you friends whom youre staying with to write a letter of support. (They supply Housing and utilities; and its up to you to apply your own food amd toiletries) sign, date and contact number.
