My doctor is great, but good luck getting someone from the billing department to fix a mistake. They misfiled a claim in July '22 and my insurance kicked it back. So instead of resubmitting the claim like I've asked them two 3 times they are trying to bill me in full and are now sending me bill past due letters. I've spoken to 3 different people and have requested to speak with a supervisor and have not been able to escalate the issue. When I call the doctors office they tell me I have to speak to billing. When I call billing they flat out lie to me about what they have done with my case and rush me off the phone.

My father was a patient of Dr. Gupta. He was very sick and saw many doctors and this office always got things right. We never had any issues with appointments or billing. Dr. Gupta was excellent and always took time with him during his visits. When my father passed away in 2020, Dr. Gupta personally reached out to me which I was so grateful for.
