I'm NOT too sure about that, all i can say is guess and say "Yes", and that's why it's much better if You go IN PERSON so You can ask them yourself (so You can get a Correct Answer). The facility opens up at 8:00am Mondays to Fridays, but some folks are lined up outside as early as 5:30am.
