Does anyone know how long it takes for them to view my identity for a video session ??! It’s been a few weeks since I’ve put my information on there. I tried calling and I can’t get a hold of anyone, no one is responding to emails. I need help!

I'll echo the previous answer. Not knowing the facility you are trying to get approval for, I can only tell you that Dallas County only took two or three days. So a call to tech support or the jail\prison itself can't hurt.

Video is pretty new. They fired me but I'm still loyal to a fault. Id contract tech support or customer service considering how new it is
