A bobcat's prey includes squirrels, rabbits, birds, and other small wild creatures. There is no reason to believe they pose a threat to us, our children, or even our pets as long as we abide by local animal ordinances. This includes keeping our dogs on leashes while outside our fenced-in yards and not allowing our cats to roam at large. If you have especially small pets, you may want to keep an eye on them while they are in the backyard as they may be seen as prey by birds of prey. A bobcat or other predatory animal's natural instinct will be to run away if a person yells at it, approaches, or otherwise harasses it. At the same time, do not mistake an animal's curiosity for aggression. They may only choose to keep a safe distance without necessarily running away. This does not mean they are aggressive. Other habits of a curious animal may include following from a safe distance. Again, this is not to be confused with aggression.

You may need to call them..I do not believe they answer google questions. If they don't check with your vet if they take them back or an ER clinic...or a rescue group.

You will have to qualify like other prospective owners once the intake hold comes off. So sorry, but the shelter does not usually give preference to the surrendering party. Call and speak with them would be my suggestion.

The address on my ID is Garland and I adopted. You have to be a Carrollton resident when surrendering, you can adopt from anywhere. They just need your Carrollton address to register your new pet with the city

No they give you a slip lead. The leash they give you is not a good permanent leash.

Some dogs they may require a fenced back yard also. They need room to move and a secure yard to run in without running away.
