When I first moved to the Carling, I had to clean the apartment. Did I get a discount or anything? Nope. New management came late 2021 and they’re the worst. Tiffany is rude and doesn’t need to be working with the public. Whoever raised her should apologize to every resident there. The maintenance men are cool but they don’t work. Toilet was leaking urine for a whole 8 days. It took my ex downstairs neighbor to call them and complain. There is black mold in the bathrooms. I’m grateful that The Carling was a place to call home for a while but, avoid moving there if you can. There are other affordable housing in that area where the management won’t hang up in your face while you’re talking, work orders actually get worked, and the management isn’t lazy. 🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽

Promptly responded to request twice before, however, issue wasn't fully fixed until air conditioning unit went out one Friday night completely, leaving me extremely hot the entire weekend until office opened that Ministry

Leasing agent leased an apt to me that the AC unit didn’t work. I paid a full month rent and couldn’t spend one day at the apt because of the heat index. That was very unprofessional on the apartments behalf, you would think they inspect it to make sure everything is working properly.
