Please explain why rent has gone up extra $140.00 and they have done away with (amenities)umbrellas at the pool, tanning bed, security locks. The freshly painted pool hasn’t been cared for.. vacuumed (dirt in the bottom) and no chemicals (oil residue), behind building grass and brush as high as the trees ( no more running trail).

We moved from Pennsylvania to compass landing management was excellent we loved it there .clean place from maintenance to management very friendly. If we had a problem they would come in right away. We had two bedrooms it was spacious.. thank you Stacy and Chris

Yes they have a visitor wifi and one for the residents. They give you a username and a password for the residents account

Would like to set up an appointment with management. How do I go about doing that?

During the week there is always someone in the office. The apartments are beautiful and well taken care of!
