I've had that same problem.. Its because it was time to renew my info or something.. They just needed update from everybody.. And the 75dollars late fee isn't that bad because most apts don't even have a grace period..after the 1st it's like 100..these apts have their cons and pros but for the most.. For me.. I think I made a great choice moving here.. Compared
