Don't arrive late here, its better to cancel the load , because if you arrive late because of traffic jam or whatever reason that they dont care they will reschedule the appointment , they left me from monday to thursday at 11:59 pm , so a whole week stranded there just for arriving late .

When they tell you 35 minutes they really mean 2 hours. None of the staff knows what's going on they just waste your time and your money.
