I don't drink alcohol any longer but still stop by for a Gatorade here or there. What I've noticed is this place charges between 10-20% more than other stores in the area. Thing is , that's just greed and not necessary because this place is in a prime location in Plano and always busy. I'm not a fan of greed but it is what it is. I guess the mindset is that if you can get away with it, you might as well. Sad.

So far we have been here 2 times and it's been ok the only issue I have is that unlike the other banfield I went to which is on Park we werr able to go inside a room and see the doctor look at our dog and talk to us. In this location we have not even seen a room we just stay in the waiting area and you talk to the doctor in the waiting area as well while other people come to pick up there dogs which I really did not like. It would of been nice to be in a room with our dog since it was the first time but apparently the doctors don't want to see the clients due to covid and stuff so we can only fo drop offs and that's it.
