A pleasure doing business with them. John does an excellent job with the birds and his customer service is excellent as well.
John
The best bird shop. I got my Rosey Bourke here. Hand fed since hatching. Thanks.

Was going to board my bird here for 2 days. I felt so bad leaving him there I only left him for 1 day. Small enclosed room with no windows and other birds screaming their heads off making it extremely loud in this small room. I'm guessing they are isolated from people too. Cage wasn't appropriate for a macaw either. 2 stars because the employees are ok and it's a good bird supply store

Id say they are probably all friendly as they are hand fed. Great birds. I love this store!
I'm from north Dakota just will be traveling that area for work but will go out of my way if I find one
We have both right now. You can find out more on our website & there’s a couple videos on our Facebook page.
We do not currently have any available, but are expecting babies in March. If you like we can add you to the waitlist.

Hi BO, give us a call and we can set up an appointment for you.
I don't work there, so I can't answer for current birds and prices. However, I can tell you that I have seen cockatiels there. Beyond this, would recommend that you not worry about price, but reputation. Kukaburra has an excellent reputation. I have border my birds there and they were treated very well. The birds they sell are from reputable and ethical breeders. The owner cares a lot about her human and avian customers, as do the staff. They will make sure that you are well cared for. If you buy a cheap bird, it may come from an unethical breeder and/be sick or have genetic problems. You don't want to buy a bird that will die shortly after you have bonded with it. You also don't want to get one that has had very little human interaction and won't trust you. Their prices are very fair. When you consider the value of getting a healthy, hand trained bird that will love spending time with you, it is worth every penny.
Me personally very seldomly but kookaburra has a very nice selection of very healthy animals
I'm very sorry for your loss. As Michelle said, if you had a pair that were bonded for ten years, the survivor might not appreciate a new one right away. Are these pets that you take out and play with or do they just interact with themselves? If can be difficult introducing a new bird into the flock. I do suggest you go in and talk to someone there to see what they say.
