Poor customer service and communication!

I walked in at 3pm to ask about taking the written portion of my exam and to ask questions about topics I didn’t understand only to be told that they were about to close. They asked why I couldn’t come in the morning…maybe because I work 7 days a week in the mornings? Staff was SO RUDE and unprofessional! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you’re looking for a decent beauty school. No need to be taught by jerks who don’t know how to be professional.
