We were quoted for $1089 for two bedroom a year ago (They raise the price ~$100 every year). After the water, sewer, and other hidden fees we paid close to $1400 per month.
I know 1 bedroom was $850 a few months ago but they raised the prices since. Carefully a ton of ridiculous hidden fees.
