This apartment complex has been nothing but the best. I've lived in 9+ apartments in my life and by far the best one. The staff has been super kind and helpful and very quick to respond. The grounds are clean and peaceful. Super close to the hospital and grocery store is a plus!

I loved living here! They leave little calendars at your door each month. They include new recipes and seasonal treats. They really care about the people that live there. The maintenance guys came as soon as I called them! Staff was always kind & friendly! (Which is a huge plus & totally rare!) The girls at the front desk are so helpful. They’re the sweetest, so easy to talk to! It was always very clean! The yard always looks great. There’s roses everywhere. I’d live there again, highly recommend!

One of the worst managements I have ever encountered. Multiple charges that appeared out of no where that were not listed anywhere in the contract or policies. Everything in the apartment was terrible quality, plaster board counter-tops, a bathtub that can't be scrubbed, and insulation so bad that I could see through the crack in my door during the dead of winter. Their behavior of their staff is nearly on board with harassment and I have been bullied by them multiple times. Forget about getting your deposit back, because they will refuse to give you a fair deal when their terrible appliances break down after a few months of use. We moved out immediately as our contract ended. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I love this community because the property is maintain clean and is safe to live in. The staff are really friendly, professional and they really helpful. The maintenance staff are efficient and reliable and responsive. The neighbors are friendly and is a quiet play to live in. Schools, hospital, clinics and grocery stores are within walking distance. I have had a great experience at Cortland Ridge, I will recommended to anyone. Thank you, Estuardo Perez
