They had my car towed! $300 fee. Parked here 30 minutes before the store closed. There was a food truck in the parking lot so I assumed there wouldn’t be a problem. There was no one parked there on a Saturday night besides the food truck and couple others. Joke’s on me! I understand not wanting people to park during the day, but I don’t think it’s a good look. Shame on you Pep Boys for partnering up with one of the shadiest businesses around.

Sam and the crew went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Parts store was going to be delayed in getting the parts we needed so they drove over and got it themselves saving us from having to drive back the next day. Highly recommend this place! We really appreciate all their effort.

I got scammed at another car place saying that I needed a whole new $130 tire and then I came to Pep Boys, they fixed it within 20 minutes for only $30 and let me know my tire was as good as new. So glad I saved money here!! Also one of only car shops open on a Sunday! The Pep boys get it done! Definitely recommend!!!

I’ve been coming to this location for the past two years. The service level has been great. Even on days when their system overbooks them, I’ve never had to wait an unreasonable time. If they notice something, they check with me on the price and don’t get offended if I check other locations for a better deal (for when I was shopping around for tires). They’ve always been knowledgeable about questions I’ve asked. I recommend scheduling an appointment. I’ve just had routine maintenance done here - oil changes, filters, tire rotation, coolant.
