This company was great when it was operated as Utah Valley Storage & RV but once it changed to Public Storage, the customer service went in the toilet. You want to talk to someone at the front office? Forget it. They are never there. Call them on the phone? Forget it. They never pick up. You can leave all the voice mails you want, they won't call you back. We wanted to schedule a move-out and called one month in advance. Tried to talk to someone but could not. Eventually was referred to "Schedule Move Out" feature on website so we used this. They way the interface was set up, it implied that we were paid through May 10 so I scheduled a move out on May 8. Then I was billed for another month on May 1. I called the local office several times - ha, forget it. Nobody answers. I called the national number. No luck. Eventually, I got someone on chat who was completely unhelpful. Told me that once it was billed via autopay, there is no refund. I asked if I could get partial refund if I move out by the May 8 date which had been dutifully scheduled with the company. Nope - tough luck. Once it is billed, you can't get it back. Just miserable customer service all the way around. Take your business elsewhere or prepare to be frustrated.

Very convenient hours, very reasonable pricing, very nice units. I really appreciate how the units are raised slightly, so any water or dirt that might get pushed under the door gets blocked by a lip. Also comes with its own high-quality lock.

I have had no issues since getting a unit here almost a year ago. Clean units and area. Very easy to work with. My lock got jammed and I couldn't get my unit open. They fixed it right away.

Convenient location, easy access, great costumer service, and good prices. The unit was clean and I feel our things are safe. Everything was easy to set up on the website, but someone is also available if I need to call.
