The gate never worked with the app, the gate was broken the day I moved and not any other entry options. I had to come back the next day and when I finally finished the office was closed. Tried to close my unit for two weeks while they just ignored my phone call and messages. They have a pay on the 1st policy with no refunds for months paid. I paid for a whole month for just two days! Please go somewhere else, this is not the place.

Margaret was amazing! So I used to work for another storage company. I know what the system was like and could’ve been like, what the units could’ve been like, what her job kind of is, and how the experience could’ve been. Let me tell you that she surpassed every idea that I’ve had about storage unit places and employees - and this experience was actually wonderful - easily the best part of my move!
