This is a new facility when we moved in it was great. The pricing is good for the time the price kept going up and when I had issues people were not there to deal with, and they were actually kind of hard to deal with my pricing they didn’t notify me with a 30 days advance notice That’s why we moved out.

Jake has been very helpful. He let us use the flatbed cart when I moved my stuff into storage and another time when the cart wasn't available, he let us use his personal dolly. However, the A/C is supposed to kick on as soon as the temperature in the hallway gets over 80 degrees, but today it didn't turn on until it hit 86 degrees. The sensors must be off...Update>> I've been to the storage unit several times and each time, I took a photo if the thermometer when it's been over 80ﾟwhich has been everytime except this morning...Usually it's between 84 and 86. I'm attaching some pictures of the thermometer that is by my unit.

Climate controlled units are great when storing furniture, electronics, books, or other items sensitive to temperature. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us!
We do offer discounts to military personnel. We also offer specials to new customers. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
We employ a pest control company that services each of our locations frequently throughout the week. We have found that this is the most successful method for controlling pests. We also do not permit the storage of food and beverage items, which also prevents attracting pests.
Unfortunately, we do not offer moving pods at this time. We do have a variety of storage units at our facility that are for rent. You can see our specials and availability on our website, or by calling us.
Unfortunately, this is not a service that we provide. We do, however, rent moving trucks that your movers can use. Please call us to find out availability and pricing for the truck rentals.

Our gates and doors are open between 6A-9P. If a customer is locked in after 9PM, they will need to call 1-877-701-3388.
Our offices are closed on the following holidays: President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, 24th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day. We are open 9A-1P on the following days: Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. You can, however, access your unit 7 days a week between 6A-9P regardless of the holiday.
Unfortunately, we do not offer RV space rentals at this location, but feel free to visit our website for other Towne Storage Facilities that do offer this service.
Purchasing insurance is not required to rent a unit from us, however, it is strongly recommended.
