Hey they have a Pepsi Freestyle machine here. First one I've ever seen. Got some Swachos with pulled pork, mac and cheese with some ribs and brisket sandwich. The service was great and staff so friendly and helped me with some cheese I was running out of. They sold out of potatoes and a lot of their meats with only enough pork left for the nachos around 8 pm. By the time I was done eating the kitchen was closed because they were all sold out. The rolls are very soft and bounce back after every bite.

Service was quick and food was delicious. Probably about the best bbq you'll find here in Utah Valley.

Fantastic scent of BBQ! First off, the place has a really good BBQ smell to it when you walk in. The place was busy, noisy, and had about a fifteen minute wait in line, on a Saturday night about 6:00 PM. However, the smell was the best part. The brisket is only okay, at best. We have had much better. The brisket was also cold, not warm, and was like eating a cold beef sandwich. It is over priced for what it is. We ordered a brisket sandwich with a side of beans. The beans tasted like a bad chili with too much cumin seasoning. We would not recommend the beans. Also had an order of brisket swachos, that looked and sounded good. However, that's about it, the thick corn chips they use, have a heavy corn flavor and over powered the brisket; the brisket and corn chips did not pair well together. It ruined what little flavor the brisket had. Perhaps the pulled pork swachos would be better. But the brisket and corn chips used, were not a match. The self serve pep.si soda fountain machines were actually really good; it had a good flavor "syrup" mixture ratio and good carbonation; also had really good ice. They have a few condiment options available, such as sliced jalapenos, onions, and pickles. Also had packaged ketchup, salt, pepper, napkins, and straws available. The place has large wooden picnic tables for the seating, which fit well with the theme for a BBQ cuisine restaurant. It wasn't an awful experience, but not great one either. After eating here, we felt the review ratings this place has, were probably based more on hype, than on good food. Those giving it five stars, apparently haven't experienced good BBQ brisket before, so to them it might be the best they've ever had. If you've had good bbq brisket before, you might be disappointed with this place. We won't be eating here again. That being said, you might like it.

They donate food and service quite often. I have seen their charitable youtube videos handing out food to the homeless.
