This place really sucks. I don't recommend it to live. Those from the Yaqui and Norbelis office are so despotic and rude. When you go to the office to ask something, the charges are excessive. I even think that they are the ones who keep the money they charge. too much maintenance of the worst waiting for a long time to check a stove and now the washing machine and that they don't come is exhausting to be going to the office to talk so that they go to check things and they don't go dirty carpets when we moved they don't give maintenance nothing sucks don't live here

Terrible staff and terrible neighbors do not recommend also managers and maintenance would just walk into my apartment if no one answered the door on the first knock we had to change our locks and they also had everyone’s car towed cuz they were cutting the trees down, they said that they had notices sent out but none of our neighbors or us got one and they ended up charging us for the the towing bills and most of the cars had dents and broken headlights they also failed to tell us that they no longer received personal checks so they never charged us on our rent with the check we sent and they never even called us to check and now we have to be out by Monday and they also never came to fix our washer we’ve been waiting for almost 2 years now…

I wish this apartment complex would get lights in their stairwells at night. I fell down to a landing on the bottom floor. I'm a food delivery driver and this place is a negligent lawsuit waiting to happen. I'm thinking of replacing those bulbs myself.

Their website listed 2 apartments as available and I submitted an application including an application fee. They then called me to let me know they do not have any apartments available, and that the fee is nonrefundable. Not going to apply to other properties from the manager. I prefer a landlord who will be honest.
