Do any tenants living in Cherry Hill apartments the towers get any sleep? I have a family above me and drug addicts next door who stay up till 5am and back up at 9am? Would love to know if anyone here actually has decent neighbor?gets

I find the tower to be more soundproof than the other ones but we are lucky enough to have an end unit where the master is against the stair well. We only have to deal with the children/elephants above us.
