Terrible. Charging 1650 for a 1400 apartment so I guess not alot of hidden fees but 1,650 for a one bedroom still is insane. Charges us for two months of rent because we didn't give a 60 day notice that our lease was over. Now is forcing us to pay 1,850 for two months extra when we're not even living there. Were leaving to Costco related issues with the apartment. And they are screwing us even more. They don't care about their Tennants they only want our money. Very disrespectful to us when we came in to negotiate. I mean I'm not going to lie I wasn't nice back to them but charging almost 4000$ for an apartment we won't even be inside of is crooked and wrong.

I don’t have one negative thing to say about canyon view crossing. They keep up with maintenance, the staff is very helpful and kind! 10/10!

I absolutely love Canyon View Crossing Apartments! Brad and Hayden were so amazing to work with! I also love how much cheaper their units are opposed to the surrounding complexes! They are very up front and honest with was so nice to experience! No hidden fees or lies. Just honesty and integrity and they helped me get into exactly what I needed! We definitely will be staying here for a while!

The place smells, if you decide to take the stairs they’re disgusting, dogs barking and keeping you awake, there is no parking. They put a towing sign at an impossible spot to read. So if you don’t have a parking spot or you have visitors prepare to be towed after only 30 minutes. Heard from multiple other neighbors that they’ve been towed as well.

Hi Hailey, I just responded to your previous questions, but allow me to touch base on this one as well. Canyon View Crossing does not discriminate against religious beliefs, sexual preference or patriotism to a specific country. In fact, we love that our residents bring so much diversity to our community. The reason why we don't allow anything except patio furniture and patio plants is because residents will often find ways to abuse the rules and regulations regarding balcony policies. These rules are mentioned in the lease agreement and I will be happy to discuss it with you if you would like. Additionally, we do not have any problems with allowing you to have a tasteful rug on your balcony. We had several tenants who emailed and called us in regard to the same question and we were able and happy to accommodate their request to keep rugs on their balconies. We were quoted for $1089 for two bedroom a year ago (They raise the price ~$100 every year). After the water, sewer, and other hidden fees we paid close to $1400 per month.
They are pet friendly, but there is an additional $200 deposit plus additional monthly pet fees.
Yes! They do have some breed restrictions but pets are allowed. There is a pet deposit and a monthly fee as well.
