I have live there for two years now and yes the air conditioning sucks. Upside it's affordable and management is great. They had made a lot of improvements over the 2 years I been there. It is a old apartment building that's been there before I came to Utah in 2005. The plumbing is old so it take a bit for hot water. I would give it a 5 star if air conditioning was up to par and plumbing. You can't beat the rent it more affordable than most places around. Plus you are not to far from everything. You can jump on UVX and get to stores and restaurants. UVU campus is like a 5 minutes or less walk . There more positives then Cons.

Those photos are more than 10 years old, that building is very neglected to say the least. The air conditioning unit does not work, they are damaged and have many other problems, they control the air conditioning that does not drop from a temperature of 78 - 79 degrees Fahrenheit. It is strong to live in that condition. For these and other reasons is that people move quickly from that place.

I lived here for two years in their small one bedroom apartment. The price is really good for what you get. Its hard to find places in the area that are single bedroom that you can afford by yourself working full time but this place definitely fits the bill. I would probably still be living here if My boyfriend hadn't moved in. It just wasn't enough space for two people to live in. I was on the ground floor so the unit was easy to keep cool and warm and I loved that the utilities were flat rate per unit and included internet. It made budgeting very easy. Also the ground floor unites have a little back patio/yard area that are shared with a couple of other units that is awesome! The first year I lived there was amazing, but this most recent summer they didn't open the pool, i think they were working on refurbishing it which was very disappointing but understandable. The second year i lived there also the laundry facilities seemed to have continuous issues which was irritating considering the units don't have in unit washer/dryers or hook ups. It was especially irritating after the laundromat close by closed down to make way for an extension of the Toyota dealership which is now RIGHT next to the complex. Some of the other tenants who moved in the last year I lived there were also very inconsiderate, more so than the previous tenants who lived there but there is not much the complex can do about that. some times the main office is very difficult to get a hold via phone but they are very responsive through email, and they were really helpful when i was applying and getting into the complex. I didn't run into a lot of problems I needed to see them for so them being unavailable didn't really bother me until I was moving out. The maintenance guy is awesome. He helped me get back into my apartment after hours several times when I had locked myself out. And the Location for the price is very very hard to beat. I would honestly recommend a friend live and have on several occasions when it fits what they are looking for. Great place to live as a whole.

Lived at Stonecrest at South Campus (managed by this main office here). The apartments were great and any maintenance request we put in was responded to and fixed within a day or two. Apartments were quiet too (not much sound from neighbors). My only beef with the place was the yearly parking sticker. It's $50 for the first car, and $40 for the car after that. However, they charge you by the calendar year, so we got here in August and bought our parking sticker. In December, they were trying to charge us again for the next year (2015). That wasn't really explained well at all. We thought it was based on a year after we signed our lease. We opted not to purchase parking and have been parking on the street with no problem at all. Overall, it's a great place to live and management has been wonderful too. Would live here again, but would not pay for parking.

Do you need to be a student to live at any of these locations? Also, none of these floor plans are shared, correct?

When we moved in the didn't ask if we were students and I'm pretty sure I know some people who live here that aren't students. I don't think any of the floor plans are shared.

Is it pet friendly?

It is, but you do have to pay extra.
