Why after lease is signed and I'm moved in the office said we have to pay $400 more in non refundable deposit? I want to know for what reason and who does the money go to?

That is a lie unless you have something on you rental history that makes them not trust you gone pay other than that there is no deposit

I paid something similar i think 300. I have felonies and my wife has an eviction. Didn't care at the time needed a place fast

They try and milk people for there money cause bellridge is for people who are down on there luck and dont expect you to fight back

Yeah i have an eviction that was a year old and they knew that and i still wasnt charged anything and ive been there for 4 months now

Im moving there ✌🏿✌🏿AND I THINK IF THEY CHARGE U EXTRA...JUST PAY IT....I RENTED FROM A LADY IN NORTH DAKOTA THAT WOULD CHARGE ME 400$ IF IN ANYWAYS HER FUNDS WERENT RECIEVED AND IF U DIDNT RENT SHE JUST ADDED 400$...AND GUESS WHAT I PAID IT ALL BECAUSE I DONT HAVE A GOOD BACKGROUND AND SHE GAVE ME A A WHOLE APARTMENT WHEN EVER ONE ELSE SAID NO.....
