I lived here from June 2019 to June 2020. My maintenance request were worked on in a timely manner. And the office staff was ok, not too friendly but not rude. The trash cans were always at max capacity and overflow. I left my car opened once, nothing of value was taken, but they did eat my 🌚 Moon Pie marshmallow cake lol. No bug problem, no loud neighbors.

I had such a wonderful experience! Matthew was my leasing consultant and was extremely knowledgable and helpful. The manager, Jessica was so welcoming and is really turning this place around. Any of the previous bad reviews were clearly from previous management, this property has since been acquired and is on its way to a luxury apartment complex! I cannot wait to see all of the new renovations in the works!

Really happy with my choice. I am from out of state and Mary made it a really easy transition for me. I love all the green grass and new renovations they are adding to the property. Looking forward to summer time and relaxing in the pool.

FILTHY apartments NOT WORTH IT!!!! We been here a year and this is not what they say it is it’s so ghetto and dirty here. For asking price they basically stole my money. EVERYDAY I come home and there over filled trash everywhere! APARTMENTS Employees don’t care! They always have an excuse for everything just to shut you up. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!!! RUN!
