These apartements are nice and Felix is the Best he is the one that keeps the apartements and parking area clean and orginized And tell you to be patient with him and the manager did change to another perskn butbhe is nice too. :)

I no longer reside here at The Radius, but when I did I’ve lived here for 2 years and 6 months. This community had its flaws here and there but I can tell you this that guy Ryan down in the leasing office is very understanding and kind. He has my most respect when it comes to what a manager should be. & For only one man to get the job done when your having some edgy concerns Felix is the guy to get it done! He’s very enthusiastic about his work, he takes his time to ensure your needs are understood and taken care of as soon as possible. He’s only one guy so please be patient with him he’ll get to ya i promise! These two gentleman Ryan and Felix are a great definition of a team! Together they are putting together an empire! I can see the vision guys and thank you for all your hard work! We appreciate you both! Sincerely, The Hughes Family .

I have been here for a year now. I will be renewing my lease. I am very comfortable living at Radius. Ryan is my favorite manager. Felix is pretty cool too. Happy to call this place home. Really cool staff. Ryan thinks he is funny. He is a little I guess haha

Radius Apartments came a long way from where it was the new management to Ryan amazing. As long as you communicate and obey by the rules here you can call this place home. The people here are OK everybody knows each other Radius Apartments was very bad back then. As Ryan keeps fixing Radius Apartments he has build a Community where you can feel safe at home. The maintenance man Felix the most coolest person I’ve ever met very understanding. Ryan treats people like human beings. I just love the guy. rent here is very affordable utilities included and I’m not just telling you this stuff for my health I really mean that stuff this place is very very affordable if you’re just starting out. there are a couple of flaws here at radius but just give it some time Ryan will get to the bottom of everything. And Felix the maintenance man. In my opinion they’re doing a very great job every place has their pros and cons you choose your faith
