Everything about this apartment complex is top notch. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly and easily. Very good rates for the area.

I have been at View 32 for almost 2 years and Love it. It's secure and gated and is taken care of beautifully inside and outside. Recently on a weekend night my smoke alarm started peeping. I called the maintenance number and by 8PM it was fixed and the battery changed. I really appreciate the the staff helping at night and on a weekend . great place to live and great location

I just renewed my lease for year #2 here. I have never stayed in an apartment complex for longer than a year before. This place is awesome. I highly recommend. For the location, amenities, walkable restaurants and stores, you really cant beat the price. With rent prices rising dramatically this year, View 32 is very reasonably priced for its high quality. Its an updated/newer apartment with amazing views all around. Staff has always been very nice and proactive for me and my dad. Maintenance gets things done. I feel very secure and safe living here. Common areas are kept clean. Very pet friendly- it seems almost everyone has a dog. Walls are thick, I hardly EVER hear my neighbors. The only negative reviews I can find are people who did not send a written end to their lease. As I just renewed, I was sent an email highlighting that even if you did not renew, you needed to send a written notice. So the only "problem" seems to have been fixed. If you're lucky, you'll be able to find a spot in here!
