Im a new resident of three weeks. I started noticing bugs out of the corner of my eye. As it turns out these are brown banded roaches and as the only way to get rid of the is to eliminate the nest. They are very invasive and will live in furniture as well as walls . I have asked for the property to be treated but have not ad any response. Not a very great start when you add the bad AC unit. The leaky fridge. So far pretty disappointed

Old buildings not taken care of. Lots and lots of bugs. Old trees not taken care of, falling and almost killing people. Pools are always green, dirty. Broken glass is mixed in with all the stones so you cannot walk your dog around. Packages are usually always stolen. Gates absolutely are never working. The ‘renovations’ are just a coat of white paint over everything. The place is pretty disgusting. They wanted an extra $200/month to re-sign our lease, $1300 a month for a homeless refuge? No thanks. For that reason I don’t recommend any family move here. Maintenance is useless, they clearly have no training to fix anything. Management does not care about anything, will 100% lie and ignore you. Even if you’re almost killed in this place. All I got was an angry e-mail for posting the photos! Here’s the proof:

The photos make it look nice but it’s not. The new management company shut down the pool. There are things constantly being “fixed “ and take weeks to repair. If you request maintenance don’t expect help they are slow and don’t care you are inconvenienced. The staff in the office is unhelpful and rude at best. So if you want a nice apartment with amenities and help when needed in your apartment LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Tides on Osborn is a great location near Downtown Phoenix. Fast move in process, Natalie and Valeria were very welcoming and helpful with the process. The apartment meets ALL EXPECTATIONS. Thank You Tides for my new HOME <3!!!’

Depends what you are looking for. They have a lot of different options (as its a VERY quirky, but cool, community)... They Offer studio, one bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, townhouse, casita, lots of floor plans. And they also offer packages for furnishings. The studio might start at around $850, one bedrooms ~$950, 2 bedrooms ~$1075 and so on.
Yes they do credit checks and income verification.
The hours are 7-10, but if you're quiet you can swim whenever you'd like I'm sure.
Yes. There are different lease terms available depending on how long you need the dwelling.
There is covered parking available. Storage depends on what you need. They do have storage closets, but not storage units.
