If I could give zero stars I would. Recently my AC unit broke in my unit. Saturday night the unit broke and my unit was 85 degrees. Sunday woke up and the temperature inside the unit was 93 degrees with the AZ summer heat being 110 degrees. It is now Monday and they have stated they will be in before 4pm. Apparently since I didn’t wait on the automated phone message for 3+ minutes for the emergency maintenance number on Sunday when the office was closed (which is listed nowhere else) I will not be reimbursed for the days I was unable to live in my apartment due to extremely high and unsafe temperatures. STAY AWAY, Biltmore at Camelback only cares about your money and not your well being or safety. Let’s not forget the pool just reopened and the clubhouse has been under construction for over a year.

Stopped by here last week looking for a possible relocate, met all my expectations... Ran into the Mgr. in the parking lot as I was admiring the property and she was very pleasant, asking if I had any questions. Gave me her card and said call anytime and I will have a leasing agent assist you, I declined as I wanted to just do a quick look before work. Looks fresh with a beautiful pool area. So far has met all my expectations. I will be back for more information.

the water that floods your apartment will be cleaner than water you’re suppose to drink. and don’t expect any response from management! The manager, Giovann is just blatantly disrespectful to residents and will ignore all your concerns. Don’t live here

just do not live here. I have left numerous voicemails and countless emails in attempts to contact management and absolutely no one answers ever. This management does not care about their residents. - there is never hot water, currently on my third maintenance request to fix this seemingly easy problem - my ceiling was pouring water for over 24 hours, I put in an urgent maintenance request and called the front desk. You would think a resident with a leaking ceiling would receive a call back but nope. Maintenance (who are usually lovely and polite) took hours to come - my washing machine also leaked water all over - once you sign your lease, the staff will try to sneak extra fees charging the residents for their negligence - the entire complex is unkept, trash, smelly and I have had several cockroaches Please do yourself a favor and review Yelp reviews as well, ALL negative. I wish I had researched this apartment more. I have never been so close to breaking a lease in my life but this experience has truly been a nightmare.
