I lived on this property when I was a kid. 20 years later and again I'm a tenant. I love the warmth feeling these complex provides. perfect distance to anywhere you want to go. Maintenance and Liz at the office are great no complaint . my only issue is parking. I wish we had more parking space. I understand is an old complex and now at days most families have more then one car. it's a sweet and sour filing .

the apartments have tile, washer and dryer hook up , patio, storage and they are renovated. It’s true parking gets full because they don’t have vacant units, but Managment keeps towing the cars that are unauthorized to park in the property. Rent rate is good and maintenance takes care of the work orders. Location is very convenient, many shopping centers, restaurants at a walking distance.

I been living in whispering palms for over 15 years. I have never had an issue with maintenance they have always been professional and respectful to me. Lizbeth she is the manager always receives you with a welcome smile, she is such a nice person. Then again people will treat you like you treat them.. I have no cockroaches or bed bugs in my apartment. and I know my neighbors don't either. overall it's a really nice property. stores are at walking distance..

I used to live here and now i live in a sister property because its closer to my job but i loved these apartments, so many stores around and the freeway is close. clean apartments and nice community.
