I am going on my second year leasing here and let me tell you I LOVE IT! Area is very quiet! love that the gates close at Certain time! Javier is always so helpful! I definitely recommend these apartments! Every time there’s an issue I let the office know and they fix’s things Immediately!

Honestly if I could give zero I absolutely would. Moving here was one of the worst experiences of my life. Never ever have I dealt with such unprofessionalism. They don't like answering their phones, don't respond to emails. I got my lease renewal late, I decided to move because they raised the price and the apartment is far from worth it. They painted the tub and it peels really bad. Never seen a tub peels so bad like a snake skin. Maintenance just pops up at your apartment whenever. No call or nothing. Everything in the apartment is cheap. Everyone in that office have a nasty attitude and they talk about everyone. Unless this is your last option and your desperate I wouldn't do it. The only good thing about moving here are my neighbors. They are amazing other than that Park Terrace and it's unprofessional staff can kiss where the sun don't shine 🙄.

*BEWARE* (-5stars) DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE! My boyfriend and I moved here last august. Worst mistake ever! Right when we got here it was disgusting. Everything was dirty. The floor was caked in this gross black stuff. We had to sweep up glass that was on the floor by the window(below). There were no handles on our bathroom cabinets. Our bathtub didn’t drain. Our windows can’t open(they are windows that should be able to). They painted over the door to the apartment while it was closed(below), so we had to break the seal in order to get it open. Our dishwasher makes the dishes dirtier because the roaches live in there. Roaches are terrible! They were in the apartment before we even go any food in. There are homeless people that will sleep in the laundry rooms. The doors are supposed to be locked, but no one does it. And management doesn’t care. The garbage is constantly overflowing(below). Ew. And homeless people will dumpster drive in them a lot. We came home to a broken window about a month and a half ago. Went to the office but it still has yet to be fixed. We have had 3 Amazon packages stolen totaling about $150. Two of those packages we had delivered to our SIDE PORCH because we knew someone would steal them. Someone had to break into our home to steal those. But management says that it’s they’re responsibility. Kids are constantly cursing and screaming outside our apartment with no supervision. They throw balls at our window which knocked down a photo in our wall. This should scare you^^ Please, don’t come here.

I can’t even begin to describe how horrible of an apartment complex this is. Management doesn’t do anything, takes several days just for the simplest tasks to be done wrong. There are constant cockroaches, even though we try so hard to keep our apartment completely clean. We have had several packages stolen off of our porch and the response from the office was “that’s not our concern” and they are not “responsible”. Even though I’m pretty sure they are responsible for any crime that occurs on their property. When we moved in we had to sweep broken glass off the floor, there were several things around the apartment that were broken, and the door was painted over while it was shut so it was sealed by the paint. THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX IVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. Please run for the hills and never, ever consider this god awful place.
